This store is big and majority of the workers are nice! Only downside is it’s always PACKED and the setup is weird so it’s hard to walk around people and find what you are looking for. Main reason for this review is I got shade matched by a girl named Julie and she was super helpful and sweet, I would 10/10 recommend asking for her! She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Sephora worker out of all the times I’ve gone.
I booked an appointment for full face on 01/07/24. My artist Tati was amazing. She understood my concerns with not finding a shade due to my olive neutral undertones. She was able to find a shade that is a perfect match. She took her time showing me how to apply bronzer and blush properly. My experience was amazing and I left Sephora feeling so confident. Thank you so much Tati!
Robby did an amazing job at finding me a great primer, foundation, eyeliner, and contour stick to fit my needs!! He gave me the best experience and really listened to what I was looking for. Robby was so helpful and super knowledgeable. He matched me perfect and was so honest about products and what would work best for my skin type. Highly recommend requesting him to help you out if you’re looking for new makeup.
The new store is very spacious. There is enough room between the products displays, they put the fragrance items way back so someone like me with sensitivity doesn’t have to suffer from the strong smell. Easy to find what you looking for, my only wish is that label cruelty free products better.
The people working at Sephora are amazing and knowledgeable. They have a specialist in everything and know the product well. I was there for 20 minutes and had about five people offer to help me. True customer service and very thoughtful about what they can help with.
Horrible experience, I could not look at anything for 5 seconds straight without being stalked by an employee asking me if I needed help. This a deal breaker for me, too much is too much, I prefered leaving...

I don’t really mind them being out of stock of certain products, but it’s almost impossible to get someone to help you choose a product. I asked the lady at the checkout if she had any samples and she looked at me with an annoyed look.
